Lifetime Warranty
Coverage and Duration
Gallivant Watches ("Gallivant") offers a Lifetime Warranty on all authentic Gallivant timepieces purchased from authorized retailers. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials for the lifetime of the original owner.
What's Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty includes:
- Watch movement
- Watch case
- Crystal (glass)
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Batteries
- Straps or bracelets
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Water damage due to improper use or exceeding the watch's water resistance rating
- Alterations or repairs by unauthorized parties
How to claim warranty service
To initiate a warranty claim:

- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue
Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may include sending your watch to our service center
Our Commitment
Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, Gallivant will, at its discretion: a) Repair the watch at no cost to you b) Replace the watch with an identical or comparable model
In cases not covered by the warranty, we may offer repair services for a fee, which will be communicated to you before any work is undertaken.
Shipping
For warranty services, Gallivant covers the cost of return shipping. However, the customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the watch to our service center.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Gallivant's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch as stated in this warranty.
