You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.


Please follow the following steps to return your order:

  2. As topic, select ‘Return’ in the dropdown menu
  3. You will receive an e-mail with further instructions


  • Please note that you will need to send back your order within 30 days from receiving it. We will not accept any returns after this period.
  • In case of a product that is damaged or broken upon receipt, our customer care team must be contacted through this form (click here) with subject ‘Returns’ within 24 hours. You should not ship back a broken or damaged product without prior contact with the customer care team.
  • Kindly note that you are responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment, and that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for when you receive a faulty product. We strongly advise to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer.
  • The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. Kindly note that you may only handle and inspect the product in the same way that you would be allowed in a physical shop. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is only partially refundable.
  • Kindly note that we do not offer the service of exchanging your items. If you wish to receive an exchange, please send back your order and place a new one at your own convenience.

Cancelling an order

Cancelling an order unfortunately isn’t possible at this time. Products purchased from us leave our warehouse right after the order has been placed. In case of cancellation, even if the order hasn’t arrived at your address yet, you will still be responsible for the return of the product.


Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take several business days to complete.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
